Kate Joy is an award-winning producer and video editor with over eight years of experience creating commercial, branded, and narrative content. She is the founder and lead creative of TresNY Media, a boutique production house focused on delivering visually compelling, story-driven work from concept through final delivery.

Kate’s background spans both in-house and independent production environments. Prior to launching her studio, she built and led an internal video production department for a pharmaceutical solutions company, producing marketing, training, and internal communications content at scale.

Her narrative work includes the short films Do Harm and The Artist: La Décapitation, both of which earned Best Editing awards at multiple small film festivals. Known for her strong editorial instincts, pacing, and attention to detail, Kate brings a cinematic approach to every project she leads.

She is based in Orlando, Florida, works nationally, and is an FAA Part 107 licensed drone pilot.
